Leading international law firm seeks a partner to lead and grow its energy practice in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus on advising regional and international clients across energy projects, regulatory matters and commercial arrangements, with responsibility for originating work and strengthening the firm's market presence in the UAE.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established practice platform and build a portable practice in the region. The hire will take a senior client-facing role, lead deal teams, and work closely with partners across the firm's international energy network.

Established partner-level experience in energy law (projects, oil & gas, power or renewables).
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; ability to grow a portable practice.
Experience leading teams on complex cross-border matters and coordinating with international offices.
Admission or strong eligibility to practise in relevant jurisdictions; UAE experience highly desirable.
