Lateral Partner — Corporate (Abu Dhabi)

Senior corporate partner role with a leading international law firm’s Abu Dhabi office. The role focuses on complex cross-border M&A, private equity and capital markets work for institutional and corporate clients in the region.

We are seeking a senior hire who will lead and grow an existing corporate practice locally, work closely with regional and international teams, and take responsibility for high‑value transactions and client relationships.

• Established partner with a demonstrable track record in M&A, private equity and capital markets transactions.
• Proven, portable book of business and strong client origination skills.
• Experience leading deal teams and advising on cross‑border matters.
• Admitted to practise in a common law jurisdiction (or equivalent) and eligible or willing to obtain the necessary authorisations to work in the UAE.
