Experienced corporate partner sought to lead and grow a Middle East corporate practice from the firm's Abu Dhabi office, with responsibility for work across the UAE and Qatar. The role combines fee-earning leadership, origination and relationship management on cross-border corporate transactions.

The successful candidate will join a well-established international firm platform and will be expected to develop regional client relationships, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to commercial strategy for the practice in market.

Established partner-level corporate lawyer with significant experience on M&A and cross-border corporate matters
Proven origination record or demonstrable portable practice focused on the Middle East (UAE/Qatar)
Experience leading matters and supervising teams in an international law firm environment
Qualified to practise in a common law jurisdiction (e.g. England & Wales) or locally, and authorised to work in the UAE
Strong commercial awareness, client management skills and ability to build a regional practice
