Senior lateral role for an established corporate practice based in Abu Dhabi. The hire will lead and develop the office's corporate/M&A work, working on cross-border matters across the Gulf region.

Ideal for an experienced corporate partner with a strong regional network and a track record of originating and managing transactions. The role offers the opportunity to build a team and advise corporate and private equity clients on complex cross-border deals.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in corporate/M&A and cross-border transactions
• Strong regional experience in the UAE/GCC, with an established client network
• Demonstrated team leadership and business development capabilities
