Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its corporate practice in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus on M&A, corporate governance and transactional advisory across the Gulf region, with particular activity involving UAE and Qatar matters.

The partner will join an established regional team, advising corporates and private-equity clients on cross-border and domestic transactions. The role offers leadership on mandates, client development and mentoring of junior lawyers.

Proven partner-level track record in M&A and corporate transactions within the Gulf region.
Demonstrable client portfolio and ability to originate or grow relationships (portable practice welcome).
Strong technical skills in corporate governance and transactional work; experience advising on cross-border deals.
Admissions and right-to-work in the UAE or willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi; experience working on Qatar matters an advantage.
