A leading international law firm is recruiting a Lateral Partner to join its corporate practice in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus on M&A, corporate governance and commercial transactional work across the UAE and wider Gulf region, including matters involving Qatar.

The successful candidate will take a senior role in originating and leading cross-border deals, mentoring junior lawyers and developing client relationships across the practice. This is an opportunity to join an established regional platform with an international client base.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven track record advising on M&A and corporate governance matters in the region
Experience leading deal teams and originating work
Fluency in cross-border transactions and regional market knowledge
