Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dubai finance and construction practice. The role will focus on project finance, construction and infrastructure matters across the region and involve advising sponsors, lenders and contractors on complex cross-border transactions.

The successful candidate will take a senior client-facing role, leading deal teams, expanding the practice locally and working with teams across multiple jurisdictions. A visible market presence and a strong network in the region are important.

Established partner-level experience in project finance, construction and infrastructure matters.
Proven track record of originating and maintaining client relationships and leading transactions.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-border teams.
Admitted to practice in a common law or international jurisdiction and able to work in the UAE market.
