Senior partner-level role based in Muscat for an experienced finance and corporate practitioner with a focus on asset and investment management. This role offers the chance to lead and expand a regional practice, working across transactional finance, investment management structures and related corporate matters.

The appointment is intended to provide future leadership and succession in the Oman office; the team is well-established and the role will involve client development, supervising junior lawyers and shaping long-term strategy in market-facing work.

Established partner or counsel with a strong track record in finance, corporate and investment/asset management work.
Proven client origination and relationship-management skills; ability to bring or develop a portable practice is desirable.
Experience leading teams and managing complex cross-border transactions relevant to the Oman/GCC market.
Strong commercial judgment and excellent drafting and negotiation skills; regulatory awareness in financial services preferred.
