Leading U.S. law firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its Dallas finance and corporate team. The role will focus on investment management and asset management work across fund formation, sponsor-side financings, and related corporate matters.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative practice serving U.S. and global clients, take a senior role on matters and client relationships, and help grow the practice in the region. Portable client relationships and a demonstrable book of business are welcome.

Partner-level experience in finance, corporate transactions, and investment/asset management matters
Proven business development record and ability to bring or expand client relationships
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers
Bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
