Partner-level experience in finance, corporate transactions, or asset/investment management.
Demonstrated track record of originating and managing client matters; a portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is preferred.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; experience supervising deal teams and coordinating cross-practice resources.
Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to practice in the Dallas market.
