Leading national law firm seeks a partner to develop and lead finance and corporate matters from its Fort Myers office. The role emphasizes debt finance, corporate transactions and cross-practice collaboration, with a particular focus on asset and investment management work.

The firm is looking for a client-facing partner who can grow local market presence, supervise deal execution, and mentor junior lawyers. A portable practice or proven ability to originate and develop business in the region is welcome.

Admission to the relevant state bar or ability to become admitted.
Ability to be based in and actively contribute to the Fort Myers office.
