Partner, Corporate (M&A) — Fort Myers

An established national law firm is seeking a partner to build and lead corporate transactional work from its Fort Myers office. The role will focus on M&A, general transactional matters and corporate governance for a mix of regional and national clients.

The position requires a partner-level lawyer with a proven track record originating and executing deals, managing teams and developing client relationships. Candidates should be comfortable handling the full transactional life cycle and expanding a portable practice in the region.

• Partner-level experience handling M&A and other corporate transactions.
• Proven client origination and relationship-management skills; ability to grow a portable practice.
• Experience leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
• Strong commercial judgment and excellent written and oral communication.
