Experienced corporate partner sought to join a national law firm’s Fort Myers office. The role focuses on lead counsel work on transactional matters, including mergers & acquisitions and corporate governance, and includes both deal execution and client relationship leadership.

The team serves a diversified corporate client base; the hire will partner with local and national colleagues on cross-jurisdictional transactions and governance matters. There is scope to build and/or bring a portable practice and to play an active role in business development for the market.

Partnership-level experience in corporate transactions, with a strong record on M&A and related transactional matters.
Proven client relationship and business-development capability; a portable practice is welcome.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and project-management skills for complex deals.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to work with multi-office teams.
