Experienced litigation lawyer sought to join a busy regional litigation team in Fort Myers. The role focuses on leading complex commercial and civil litigation matters across state and federal courts, supervising associates, and managing client relationships.

This is a partner-level opportunity for a lawyer with a track record of tried cases or dispositive motion practice, courtroom experience, and the ability to originate or grow a litigation practice. The team handles a broad range of commercial disputes and industry-related litigation.

Established partner with substantial commercial litigation experience and trial/courtroom exposure.
Proven ability to manage and mentor litigation teams and to run matters from intake through trial.
Demonstrable client development skills and either an existing portable practice or clear capacity to generate new business.
Active bar admission in Florida or eligibility for admission; J.D. from accredited law school.
