Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a litigation practice in a busy Florida office of a leading US law firm. The role focuses on commercial and civil litigation matters, supervising teams and driving case strategy from intake through trial and appeal.

The successful candidate will be client-facing and responsible for developing and maintaining relationships, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to the office s broader litigation offering. A portable practice or demonstrable business development track record is welcome.

Established partner-level litigation experience with a strong record of case handling and courtroom exposure.
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable book of business or clear rainmaking capability preferred.
Experience managing teams and supervising associates on complex matters.
Admission to practice in Florida (or ability to obtain admission) and excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
