Leading international firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles office to expand finance and corporate capabilities. The role blends investment/asset management work with broader corporate and fund-related finance matters.

The team advises institutional clients and sponsors on investment management structures, fund financings and related corporate transactions. Candidates will join a busy, transaction-focused practice and work with senior deal teams across the U.S.

Established partner with a portable investment/asset-management or corporate finance practice
Demonstrable experience on fund formation, fund financings or investment-management transactions
Strong transactional drafting and client-facing skills; able to lead and originate work
Admission to the relevant U.S. bar; Los Angeles-based or able to relocate
