Leading international law firm seeks a partner to strengthen its Luxembourg finance and corporate practice, with a focus on fund formation and asset-management matters. The role will combine client-facing origination and high-value deal execution for institutional and private clients across the region.

The successful candidate will lead cross-border transactions, develop junior lawyers and work closely with other offices on structurally complex financings and fund vehicles. This is a visible role offering broad responsibility for practice development and client management in Luxembourg.

A portable practice or demonstrable book of business in funds/asset management is advantageous; exceptional candidates without a full book but with strong origination capability will also be considered.

Established partner-level track record in fund formation, asset-management or related finance/corporate transactions.
Proven origination and client-development skills, with ability to bring or grow client mandates.
Experience leading cross-border teams and complex transactions; strong technical drafting and negotiation skills.
Admission in Luxembourg or eligibility to practise in the jurisdiction; multilingual ability an advantage.
