Senior partner appointment to lead and grow a combined finance and corporate practice in Muscat. The role will take ownership of a market-facing team advising on transactional and fund-related work, with scope to develop the Oman business and wider GCC relationships.

The firm is seeking a commercial leader who can manage and mentor fee-earners, drive revenue through existing client relationships and originate new work. A portable practice or demonstrable track record of client generation in asset/investment management or related areas is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in finance and corporate work, with strong exposure to asset management or investment management.
Proven client-development/origination record; portable practice welcomed.
Demonstrable leadership and people-management experience at senior level.
Knowledge of Omani or wider GCC market and regulatory environment preferred.
