Experienced partner-level lawyer with a strong finance and/or corporate practice focused on asset or investment management.
Proven track record on fund-related transactions, financings, or investment-vehicle work.
Client development capability; a portable practice is welcome but not required.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and team leadership skills for high-intensity transactions.
