A leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Charleston team to lead and grow finance, corporate and securities work. The role will handle transactional matters across private equity, venture capital and capital markets, working with deal teams and supporting business development locally and regionally.

Ideal candidates will have partner-level experience running complex transactions, a track record of originating work, and the ability to collaborate across practices. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome.

Established partner-level transactional experience in private equity, venture capital, capital markets or related finance and corporate matters
Proven business development/origination capability and experience managing client relationships
Strong technical skills on complex financings and securities work; comfortable leading deal teams
J.D. and active bar admission; ability to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
