Partner — Finance & Corporate (San Francisco)

Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its San Francisco office to strengthen the finance and corporate practice. The role focuses on investment- and asset-management related matters across fund formation, capital markets and related corporate work.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, originate and develop business, and work across multidisciplinary teams on transactional and regulatory matters. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced practice with national platforms and established client relationships.

Open to candidates with a portable practice or existing client relationships relevant to investment/asset management; opportunity to grow a book of business within an established team.

• Established partner-level experience in finance, investment management or asset-management matters.
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships and to drive business development.
• Experience advising on fund formation, investment products, or related corporate/transactional work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across practice groups and offices.
