Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Scottsdale office to expand its Finance & Banking and Corporate capabilities. The role will focus on advising investment management and asset management clients across transactional and regulatory matters.

You will join a collaborative team handling complex finance and corporate work, expected to originate and lead engagements while mentoring junior lawyers. The role suits a senior lawyer with a portable practice and demonstrated client-development success in the investment/asset management sector.

Established partner with significant experience in finance/banking and corporate transactions, particularly investment/asset management matters
Proven client-development track record and a portable practice
Ability to lead deals and manage teams; strong commercial and regulatory judgment
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and eligibility to practice in Arizona (or willingness to relocate)
