Partner — Finance, Corporate & Securities (Private Equity / Venture Capital) — Palo Alto

Experienced partner sought to join a well-established, international law practice in Palo Alto to lead and grow finance, corporate and securities work for technology and private equity clients.

The role will focus on advising on private equity and venture capital transactions, capital markets matters and related corporate financings. You will take a lead client-facing role, manage deal teams and help capture new business across the region.

Open to candidates with a portable practice and a track record of originating or developing client relationships; this is a senior leadership role within the local office.

• Partner-level experience in private equity, venture capital, capital markets and related corporate/finance transactions
• Proven client origination and relationship-development capabilities; experience managing deal teams
• Strong transaction drafting, negotiation and project-management skills
• Active bar admission in the United States (California admission preferred) and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
