Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Harrisburg office and expand a busy finance and corporate transactions practice. The role focuses on private equity, venture capital and capital markets work across transactional matters for corporate and financial services clients.

The partner will originate and lead deals, advise on financing structures and securities issues, and mentor junior lawyers. The team handles a broad range of transactional matters, and the office provides national platform support while preserving autonomy for a portable practice.

Established partner with demonstrable experience in private equity, venture capital and capital markets transactions
Strong track record of originating and leading deals; presence of a portable practice or book of business preferred
Excellent client relationship and business development skills
Admitted to practice (state bar) and able to work from the Harrisburg office
