Leading global law firm seeks an experienced partner to join its Finance and Corporate teams in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on asset management and investment management matters, advising institutional and private clients on complex transactions and regulatory issues.

The successful candidate will lead deal execution, manage and mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with cross‑practice teams. A portable practice is welcome but not required; the team values commercial judgment and the ability to win and service client work.

Established partner-level experience in finance and corporate work, with a strong record on asset/investment management matters.
Proven ability to lead transactions and manage teams of associates and counsel.
Strong client-development skills and a commercial, solutions-oriented approach.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and oral advocacy skills; comfortable working with cross-practice and cross-border teams.
