We are seeking a lateral partner to join a national finance and energy team based in Chicago, with a focus on project finance and renewable energy transactions. The role will sit at partner level and lead client work across financings, project development, and related commercial matters.

The successful candidate will build and manage client relationships, work alongside an established team on cross‑border and domestic matters, and contribute to business development for the practice. A portable practice and demonstrable client origination capability are welcome.

Established partner-level experience in project finance and renewable energy transactions.
Deep knowledge of finance documentation, lender and sponsor-side representation, and regulatory considerations in energy deals.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and a track record of leading teams on complex financings.
