Leading international firm is expanding its finance team in Doha to support a growing energy and infrastructure pipeline across the region. The role will sit within the firm's project finance and energy practice and will focus on originating and leading complex financings and infrastructure transactions.

The team seeks a commercial, client-facing partner able to develop mandates, manage cross-border transactions and lead a small team locally. The office offers flexibility on working location within the region and close collaboration with international colleagues.

Established partner-level experience in project finance, energy and/or infrastructure transactions.
Proven regional relationships across the Gulf (experience in UAE/Qatar or wider Middle East preferred).
Track record of originating and managing complex cross-border financings and advising lenders/borrowers on project and infrastructure deals.
Ability to bring a portable practice or demonstrable book of business and to drive business development locally.
Strong leadership and team management skills; comfortable working with international teams and clients.
