Senior lateral partner opportunity with a national law firm’s Finance & Energy practice in Houston. The role focuses on project finance and renewable-energy transactions across the power and infrastructure sectors.

The firm seeks a partner to lead and grow client relationships, develop business in renewables and energy finance, and work with a team advising sponsors, lenders and developers on complex financings.

Established partner with significant experience in project finance and energy/renewable transactions.
Proven track record advising sponsors, lenders or developers on complex financings and project-level structures.
Strong business development skills and an ability to bring or grow client relationships; a portable practice is welcome.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Houston office.
