Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Finance & Energy practice in the Jacksonville office. The role focuses on project finance and renewable energy transactions, advising sponsors, lenders and commercial counterparties on development and financing matters.

The partner will work across new-build and refinancing matters in the energy and infrastructure space, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and supporting business development in the Southeast market.

Portable business is welcomed: the firm is looking for an experienced partner able to bring and grow client relationships in the renewables/project finance sector.

Established partner-level experience in project finance and renewable energy financings
Proven transactional track record with sponsors, lenders or utilities
Strong business development ability and willingness to grow a portable practice
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to transfer
