Seeking a partner to develop and lead finance and project finance work for energy and renewable clients from the firm's Madison office. The role focuses on structuring and negotiating financing transactions for renewable energy projects and related corporate finance matters.

The partner will work closely with cross-practice teams to execute complex financings, grow client relationships, and advise on regulatory and commercial issues affecting energy projects. This is a visible role with significant client-facing responsibility and opportunities for business development.

Established partner-level experience in project finance, energy finance, or related corporate finance work.
Proven track record advising on renewable energy financings and related transactions.
