Experienced finance partner sought to lead and grow a project finance and renewable energy practice in the Dallas office of a leading US law firm. The role will focus on structuring and executing financing for energy projects, with an emphasis on renewables and related transactional work.

The successful candidate will join an established team, take a lead role on matters, and help expand the practice through client relationships and origination. This is a partner-level hire; candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable book of business are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level experience in project finance, energy finance, or related finance transactions
Track record advising on renewable energy financings and project development matters
Demonstrable business development/origination skills and client relationships; portable practice preferred
Admitted (or able to obtain admission) in Texas and able to work from the Dallas office
Proven ability to lead deal teams and mentor junior lawyers
