Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its fund finance offering in Paris. The role focuses on advising institutional clients and fund sponsors on financing matters for investment funds, including subscription facilities, leverage arrangements and cross‑border financings.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team handling complex, market‑facing work and will play a visible role in business development across the region. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is required.

Established partner-level experience advising on fund finance and related fund financing products.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of fund structures, subscription and NAV facilities, and lender/borrower negotiation.
Ability to work on cross-border transactions and lead teams on complex matters.
Professional fluency in English; French language skills advantageous.
