Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Princeton office to lead and grow finance and insurance-related work. The role focuses on transactional and advisory matters at the intersection of finance and insurance, with responsibility for client development and team leadership.

The practice handles a broad range of insurance matters excluding insurance-coverage litigation and defense work. The partner will work closely with cross-practice teams on complex financings and risk-transfer solutions for corporate and institutional clients.

Established partner with a proven finance-focused practice and significant experience advising on insurance-related transactions (excluding coverage and defense).
Demonstrated track record of business development; a portable practice or book of business is welcomed.
Strong transactional and team leadership skills; ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams on complex matters.
Admission or eligibility to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s).
