Senior lateral partner opportunity in Austin for an experienced finance, IP and antitrust practitioner. The role will lead and expand cross-practice work involving capital markets and private equity, patent litigation (with a focus on life‑sciences and technology), and competition/antitrust matters tied to transactional work.

The firm seeks a partner with an established, portable practice who will both service sophisticated clients and help develop new business across finance, tech/life‑sciences, and energy-related matters. This role offers partnership leadership, collaboration with national teams, and a platform to grow a boutique-style practice within a full‑service firm.

Proven partner-level experience in one or more of: private equity/capital markets, patent litigation (life‑sciences/tech), and antitrust/competition.
Track record of handling complex, high‑stakes litigation and transactional matters; trial or contested experience preferred.
Demonstrable client development skills and ability to bring or grow a portable book of business.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to practice in Texas.
Collaborative leader who can work across finance, IP and antitrust teams and mentor junior lawyers.
