Partner — Finance, Intellectual Property & Antitrust (Dallas)

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to grow an integrated Finance, Intellectual Property and Antitrust practice from its Dallas office. The role will combine transactional finance work with patent litigation (notably life‑sciences and technology matters) and antitrust litigation related to private‑equity activity.

The partner will lead client engagements, originate and expand relationships across private equity, technology and life‑sciences sectors, and collaborate with national teams on cross‑border and multi‑discipline matters. This role suits a trial‑capable partner with both litigation and transactional experience who can deploy a portable practice.

The hire will join a market‑facing team and take on business development, relationship management and practice leadership responsibilities in Dallas.

• Partner‑level experience in one or more of: private equity transactions, patent litigation (life sciences/technology), and antitrust litigation.
• Proven track record of originating or materially expanding client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership on multi‑discipline, client‑facing matters and experience working with national or cross‑office teams.
• Strong litigation and/or transactional capabilities appropriate to partner responsibilities; trial or contested‑matter experience a plus.
