Partner — Finance, Intellectual Property & Antitrust (New York)

Seeking a lateral partner to join a major New York practice group focused on finance, intellectual property litigation (notably patent disputes in life sciences and technology) and antitrust/competition matters. The role will involve leading cross-practice matters, supervising teams and developing client relationships across private equity, tech, life sciences and related sectors.

The position is suited to a partner with an established portable practice who can originate and drive complex litigation and transactional work at the intersection of private equity, patent litigation and antitrust. The team operates within a broad national platform and collaborates with finance and industry-focused colleagues across offices.

• Established partner-level experience in antitrust/competition, patent litigation (life sciences/technology) and finance-related matters.
• Proven track record of originating and managing complex matters and leading teams.
• Portable practice / book of business and ability to develop new clientele.
• Active admission to practice and eligibility to work in New York; strong client development and interpersonal skills.
