Established partner with a strong track record in patent litigation and finance-related matters (leveraged/structured finance experience a plus)
Portable book of business or proven ability to originate and grow client relationships
Significant trial or lead counsel experience in complex IP disputes
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and able to work from the Atlanta office
