The team advises on sophisticated lending and capital markets matters alongside contentious patent disputes; the successful hire will have a market-facing practice and will work with cross‑disciplinary firm teams on national and international matters.

Established partner with a proven track record in finance (preferably leveraged/structured finance) and patent litigation.
Portable client relationships and demonstrated business development capability.
Significant courtroom or trial experience in IP disputes and experience leading complex finance transactions.
Active bar admission and ability to work in the Los Angeles market.
