Partner — Finance, IP Litigation — Philadelphia

Established national law firm seeks a partner to lead and grow a cross-practice finance and intellectual-property litigation offering from its Philadelphia office. The role will combine complex finance matters (including leveraged and structured finance) with patent litigation and other IP disputes.

The successful candidate will join an experienced, multi-disciplinary team, handling high-value matters and developing client relationships. The role offers responsibility for originating work, managing teams, and coordinating with national and international colleagues.

• Proven partner-level experience in patent litigation and significant exposure to finance transactions or disputes (leveraged/structured finance preferred)
• Track record of originating or managing client relationships; portable book of business welcome
• Strong litigation and/or transactional record, with experience leading teams on complex matters
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to work from the Philadelphia office
