Seeking a lateral partner to join a large, cross-practice team in San Francisco focused on finance matters and intellectual-property litigation. The role will combine patent-litigation leadership with experience on complex financing transactions and related disputes.

The successful candidate will run a portable practice, originate and maintain client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers across litigation and finance matters. Expect collaboration with national and international teams on high-value, technical matters.

Established partner with demonstrable patent-litigation experience and a track record handling complex, high-value matters
Substantial experience in finance-related work (leveraged finance, structured finance, or related transactional/finance disputes)
Proven portable practice and client-development ability
Bar admission in California (or eligibility) and readiness to lead and mentor a team
