Leading, full-service global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Silicon Valley office to lead an integrated finance and intellectual-property litigation practice. The role combines leveraged/structured finance work with complex patent litigation, serving technology-sector clients.

The partner will develop and manage high-value matters, mentor and grow a team, and help expand the office s transactional and IP-litigation capabilities in the region. The position is well suited to a rainmaking lawyer with both finance and patent-litigation experience.

Established partner-level experience in finance (leveraged/structured finance) and patent litigation.
Proven portable client relationships and a demonstrable book of business or ability to originate work.
Experience managing teams, supervising associates, and leading matter strategy.
Active JD and bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdiction; strong academic and commercial credentials.
