Established, full-service international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Tampa office to lead matters at the intersection of finance and intellectual property litigation. The role will focus on patent litigation alongside leveraged and structured finance transactions and related disputes.

The team offers a collaborative platform, national reach, and resources to support complex litigation and sophisticated finance work. The firm seeks a partner who can contribute substantive case work, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow the practice regionally.

Established partner with significant experience in patent litigation and commercial finance matters (leveraged/structured finance).
Track record of managing complex litigation and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
Proven client development skills and a portable practice or demonstrable book of business welcome.
Admission to relevant state bar and ability to practice in federal courts; strong writing, trial, and negotiation abilities.
