Established finance practice in Dallas is seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand leveraged and structured finance capabilities. The role will focus on originating, structuring and executing complex debt financings across corporate and sponsor-backed transactions.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team serving U.S. and cross-border borrowers and lenders. This is a visible role with client-facing responsibility and opportunities to develop a portable practice.

Seasoned finance partner with proven experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions
Track record of originating and executing complex debt financings for corporate and sponsor clients
Strong client-development skills and ability to work collaboratively with deal teams
Admissions and qualifications appropriate for practice in the U.S.; willingness to be based in Dallas
