The role will focus on leveraged and structured finance matters alongside patent litigation where you will handle complex, high-value disputes and related transactional issues.

The firm is looking for a commercial rainmaker who can originate and grow client relationships, collaborate with finance, litigation and IP teams, and mentor junior lawyers. Experienced partner with a portable practice and demonstrable client origination/relationship track record.
Substantial experience in leveraged and structured finance transactions and in patent litigation or IP-related disputes.
Strong leadership and business development skills; ability to work across finance, litigation and IP teams.
Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction and standing with professional bar(s).
