Senior partner opportunity in a well-established international law firm’s San Francisco office, leading cross-practice matters at the intersection of finance and IP litigation. The role will combine complex finance work (leveraged and structured transactions) with high-stakes patent litigation and related disputes.

The team serves sophisticated corporate and institutional clients; the office seeks a senior lawyer who can both advise on transactional finance matters and litigate or manage patent disputes. This is a visible, client-facing role with leadership responsibilities within the office and across practices.

Applicants with an established, portable practice or demonstrable client origination record in either finance or patent litigation are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level experience handling leveraged/structured finance transactions and/or patent litigation.
Proven track record of client origination and a portable practice or demonstrable book of business.
Admission to practice in California (or eligible for admission) and strong professional references.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop business across finance and IP practices.
