Top-tier law firm in Las Vegas is seeking a lateral partner to join a cross-practice team handling finance transactions, complex litigation and intellectual property matters. The role will focus on patent litigation and high-value leveraged/structured finance work.

The successful candidate will lead matters, manage and develop a team, and cultivate client relationships across the firm’s finance, litigation and IP practices. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business in patent litigation and/or finance is an asset.

Established partner-level experience in patent litigation, leveraged/structured finance, or both.
Proven record of originating and managing client relationships; portable business preferred.
Experience leading teams and supervising complex matters; strong trial or transactional experience relevant to the practice.
Admission or eligibility to be admitted in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Las Vegas office.
