Seeking a lateral partner to join a major Miami office to expand and lead finance and IP litigation work. The role will focus on leveraged and structured finance matters alongside patent litigation, with responsibility for originating and managing significant fee-generating work.

The partner will work across a busy, cross-practice team, supervising associates and collaborating with other offices on complex transactions and disputes. This is a visible commercial role with clear expectations around client development and practice growth.

Established partner with a proven track record in leveraged and/or structured finance and/or patent litigation.
Demonstrable history of client origination and an existing portable practice or pipeline.
Experience leading teams and managing significant matters from intake through resolution.
Active bar admission and a JD or equivalent law degree; strong business development and relationship-management skills.
