Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to join its Riyadh office to help grow and lead both finance and contentious banking work. This role sits at the intersection of transactional banking and commercial litigation, advising domestic and international clients on high-value financings and related disputes.

The successful candidate will help develop the contentious practice in Riyadh, take on client-facing responsibility, and work with cross-border teams across the region. There is strong internal support and an established platform to originate and execute matters.

Established partner-level experience in banking/finance transactions and related commercial litigation.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable client origination is desirable.
Experience working on cross-border matters and coordinating with international teams.
Strong commercial judgment, client-facing skills, and the ability to mentor junior lawyers.
