Leading international law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to establish and grow its project finance capability in Riyadh. The role will focus on structuring and executing large-scale project and infrastructure financings across the region, working on cross-border bank and capital markets solutions.

The partner will join a collaborative, transaction-focused team advising lenders, sponsors and advisers on complex financings. The role combines high-quality deal work with a business-development remit to build a sustainable regional practice.

Proven partner-level experience in project finance and related financing transactions.
Track record leading complex, cross-border financings (lenders’ and sponsors’ sides).
Ability to originate and develop client relationships and grow a portable practice.
Strong commercial judgment, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and experience managing teams on high-value deals.
