Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its finance and securities capital markets practice in New York. The role focuses on high-value capital markets transactions, advising issuers, underwriters and other market participants across public and private offerings.

The partner will lead complex deals, manage client relationships, mentor senior associates, and work with cross-practice teams on integrated financing matters. The firm welcomes candidates with an established, portable practice and demonstrable business development track record.

Established partner-level experience in capital markets, with significant work on securities and financing transactions.
Proven client relationship management and business development capabilities; portable practice preferred.
Bar admission and JD (or equivalent); strong writing, negotiation and leadership skills.
Comfort working on cross-border or multi-jurisdictional matters and mentoring junior team members.
