The partner will lead deals, manage client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practices on cross-border and domestic financings. Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable client origination ability are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level experience in capital markets, securities or related finance work.
Proven track record of leading transactions and managing client relationships.
Strong business development skills; portable book of business or ability to originate work preferred.
Active license to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission.
