Partner — Finance, Structured Finance & Patent Litigation (Boston)

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Boston office to lead and grow a combined financing and patent litigation practice. The role will blend complex finance work (including leveraged and structured financings) with high-value patent litigation matters.

The successful candidate will take a senior client-facing role, developing business and supervising deal and litigation teams across the firm's U.S. platform. This is an opportunity to join a full-service international firm with strong cross-practice support and national coverage.

• Established partner with demonstrable experience in leveraged and structured finance and/or patent litigation.
• Proven track record of originating and managing client matters; portable client relationships preferred.
• Strong litigation and/or transactional pedigree, able to lead teams and develop business.
• Bar admission and eligibility to practice in Massachusetts (or willingness to obtain).
